(1)φ72/44:1PET專用螺桿,材質38CrMoAIA真空氮化處理,氮化層厚度0.4-0.6mm,表面硬度HV865-920

(2)機筒有三處排氣口:一處自然排氣口,兩處強制真空排氣口。機筒鑄鋁及鑄銅加熱器分為9個區,共62kw/220V,其中第一區不加熱

7T型衣架式模頭(精誠)

(1)模頭形式:T型衣架式,有效寬度100mm,可調節內加熱,帶擋料板

(2)模頭采用CrNiMo材質,經調質、定型、表面處理、鍍硬鉻、拋光等工藝精加工制作,有流道光華,模唇開合均勻,調節靈活,能耗低等特點

(3)模具加熱功率為21.2kw為5個主溫區,左右側板及模唇各為一個溫區,共計8個溫控區

8、斜臥式三輥壓光機  

(1)壓光機開式:液壓同步壓合(雙壓)臥斜三輥

(2)輥筒規格:φ300×1000鏡面輥一條,φ輥450×1000鏡面輥兩條

(3)輥筒結構:三層結構,冷卻流道為交叉對流式,單頭進出水

14、電氣控制系統

(3)通過熔體泵計量泵前的壓力傳感器輸出壓力信號,實現整機閉環控制

(4)溫控表采用日本富士溫控儀

(5)整機塑化部分共分為24個溫控區:擠出機筒九個區共62kw(其中第一區不加溫),機筒法蘭一區1.1kw,雙工位換網器一區13kw,泵前流道一區1.5kw,熔體計量泵一區4.5kw,泵后流道一區1區1.8kw,彎頭一區2.4kw,彎頭流道一區1.1kw,模頭八區21.2kw

一、工藝流程
