交接班管理制度
1.范圍
1.1本標準規定了連續工作崗位的人員實施規范的交接班的要求。
1. 2本標準適用于機修、粉碎、制片、成型、包裝工序范圍連續倒班崗位的交接班。
2.內容
2. 1接班準備
2.1.1接班人員必須提前45分鐘到達崗位。
2.1.2上崗前必須按規定穿戴好工作服和防護用品,做好上崗準備。
2.1.3接班前由班組長召開班前會,并記好考勤。
2.1.4認真檢查本崗位的設備運行和生產情況。
2.2交班準備
2.2.1當班人員必須在規定的記錄本上填寫好設備 點檢和生產等情況,并要求字跡清楚,記錄齊全。
2.2.2必須將工具,倒杯筐,紙箱,成卷片材,包裝袋等如數按規定位置擺放整齊。
2.2.3做好崗位轄區內文明衛生工作。
2.2.4做好設備維護和生產準備工作,為下一班生產制造條件。
2.3接班內容
2.3.1了解上一班的生產工藝和工作程序以及生產(工作)任務完成情況。
2.3.2對下一班的工作產品質量要求與具體技術措施,認真檢查上一班機器是否運行正常。
2.3.3生產輔助工具紙箱等的所處狀態及數量,機臺衛生地面衛生是否清潔和設備運轉的使用情況,。
2.3.4本班人員的出勤情況和未出勤原因。
2.3.5安全生產的要求和措施,有否發生事故,發生事故的原因和處理情況。
2.3.6各級領導對安全生產設備維護的要求和有關通知。
2.3.7生產設備維護的原始記錄和注意事項。
3. 考核
3.1交接班人員必須在各自的崗位上進行對口交接班,不準只由班組長或其他指定人代表進行接班和交班。
3.2接班人員未到在崗位上不得離崗,并及時向班長或者主任匯報,請示處理辦法。
3.3按交接班內容認真填寫好交接班的各項內容,經確認后,其交接班的班長和崗位負責人,都必須在交接班本上簽名和簽署時間,以示確認和負責。
3.4交班者要按本班制度進行交班,如未按規定交接班者,可以提出意見,要求交班人員立即進行補辦,否則可以不接班,并向有關領導報告,請示解決。
3.5如不按規定交接班制度進行者,按相關制度給于處罰。
Change work shift management system
1.Range
1.1.1 This standard specifies the requirements for the implementation of standardized shift changes for personnel in continuous work positions.
1.2 This standard is applicable to the succession of continuous shift positions in the range of machine repair, crushing, production, molding and packaging processes.
2.Content
2.1 Succession preparation
2.1.1 The successors must arrive at the post 45 minutes in advance.
2.1.2 Work clothes and protective articles must be worn as required before taking up the post and prepare for taking up the post.
2.1.3 Before taking over the shift, the team leader shall hold the pre-shift meeting and record the attendance.
2.1.4 Carefully check the equipment operation and production of the post.
2.2 Shift preparation
2.2.1 The personnel on duty must fill in the situation of equipment inspection and production in the specified record book, and require clear writing and complete records.
2.2.2 Tools, cup baskets, cartons, rolled sheets, packaging bags, etc. must be placed neatly in the required positions.
2.2.3 Do a good job in civilized health work within the post area.
2.2.4 Prepare equipment maintenance and production for the next shift.
2.3 Contents of succession
2.3.1 Understand the production process and work procedures of the previous shift and the completion of production (work) tasks.
2.3.2 For the quality requirements and specific technical measures of the work products of the next shift, carefully check whether the machine of the previous shift operates normally.
2.3.3 The status and quantity of cartons and other auxiliary tools for production, whether the sanitary floor of the machine is clean and the usage of equipment operation.
2.3.4 Attendance and reasons of the shift staff.
2.3.5 Requirements and measures for safe production, whether accidents have occurred, the causes and treatment of accidents.
2.3.6 Requirements of leaders at all levels on the maintenance of production safety equipment and relevant notices.
2.3.7 Original records of production equipment maintenance and matters needing attention.
3.Assessment
3.1 Hand-over personnel must carry out hand-over at their respective posts. It is not allowed to carry out hand-over and hand-over only by the team leader or other designated person representative.
3.2 The succession personnel shall not leave their posts until they arrive at their posts, and shall promptly report to the monitor or director for instructions on handling.
3.3 Carefully fill in all contents of the handover according to the handover contents. After confirmation, the shift leader and the person in charge of the position must sign and sign the handover book to confirm and be responsible.
