為保證原料、二次料、輔助料、按正確的配比，生產合格片材

3內容
3.1按生產部下達的生產單中有關項目進行配比。
3.2用原料、二次料、輔助料，要劃分區域擺放，使用時要掌握其準確性，配料所需的聚乙烯應用電子稱稱量。
3.3新料烘干：打開烘干機桶蓋，按烘干機的功率，將原料倒入烘干桶內，然后加上添加料、輔助料，蓋上桶蓋，打開烘干機的電源開關，約十分鐘后即可放出已烘干攪拌好的原料。
3.4檢查二次料的衛生情況,是否有雜物或被污染,
3.5生產用原料制作:取出一定比例的二次料和配好的新料,打開烘干機桶蓋,倒入烘干攪拌機內按下烘干機電源開關進行攪拌10分鐘。
3.6時間到后,即配料已完成,放出已烘干攪拌好的配比料,裝入干凈料袋備用,反復3-6的規定再次烘干攪拌.

3.1 Match the relevant items in the production order issued by the production department.
3.2 The raw materials, secondary materials and auxiliary materials should be placed in different areas, and their accuracy should be mastered during use. Polyethylene needed for battering should be weighed electronically.
3.3 New material drying: open the drum cover of the dryer, pour the raw materials into the drying drum according to the power of the dryer, then add the additive and auxiliary materials, cover the drum cover, turn on the power switch of the dryer, and release the raw materials that have been dried and stirred after about 10 minutes.
3.4 Check the sanitary condition of the secondary materials, whether there are sundries or contaminated,
3.5 Production raw materials: take out a certain proportion of secondary materials and new materials, open the drum cover of the dryer, pour it into the drying mixer and press the power switch of the dryer to stir for 10 minutes.
3.6 When the time is up, that is, the batching has been completed. Release the proportioning material that has been dried and stirred, put it into clean material bag for later use, and repeat the 3-6 regulation to dry and stir again.
