制杯操作工及輔助工日常行為規范
1:上班交接時,必須向前一班操作工了解機運作情況,對機臺的衛生及剩余片材進行檢查,驗收,確定片材數量,并在《制杯生產記錄》上簽字,接班。
2:領用片材時必須先找統計員,特別是片材供不上時領用其它型號規格相同的片材必須事先告知統計員,聽從統計員或班長的合理調度;領用片材后必須在《片材領用登記表》上簽字。
4:領用片材時推倒在地上的片材,必須重新放回片材架上。
5:片材領用后,必須放在制杯機旁架子上,禁止放與地面,使用前必須用布把片材表面的灰塵擦試干凈后才上片,同時
把標識卡保存好。
6: 要注意觀察機臺,檢查生產出來的杯子是否符合質量要求(包括成型、衛生、重量等),并及時對機臺進行調整或清理。
7: 在機臺衛生運作正常情況下,必須清理機臺及其周圍衛生,并做好機器保養工作,禁止趴在包裝桌上休息或到處竄崗、 閑聊。
8: 機臺在正常情況下不允許隨便調機,未經允許,不可隨便停機,有問題及時上報。
9: 生產完畢,要及時協助機修更換模具;生產過程中機器有故障時要積極配合機修修理,自己能夠排除的小故障必須自己動手解決。
10:中途吃飯要相互協調輪換,交代清楚,決不允許停機上去吃飯。
11:禁止邊角料直接放于地上,禁止腳踏墊板。
12:帶孔的筐子只可用于裝杯、倒杯,不可直接放于地面,禁止用于裝廢杯和次品杯。
13:倒杯時要小心、輕倒,禁止將杯子倒于地上。
14: 倒杯筐子用后及時收回并疊放整齊。
15: 機臺周圍的掉杯要及時清理,油污杯要放于垃圾袋,未被污染的杯子或能夠擦干凈的杯子必須擦干凈后放于成品筐待包裝。
16: 生產出來的杯子好杯占80%以上的,不允許粉碎。
17: 禁止因人為因素而造成電爐著火。
18: 交接班時不經允許嚴禁停機。
19: 生產過程中遇到片材質量問題時,將不合格片材及表識卡退回統計員處,由統計員做好登記和處理,所退回片材的重量在《制杯生產記錄》報表。
20: 生產中途機器停止不開時,必須交《制杯生產記錄》報表。
21: 一種產品生產完后或一種產品暫停生產時,剩余片材必須退回
22: 下班前做好衛生清潔工作, 廢料經統計員登記后拉走,并填寫《制杯生產記錄》,待統計員及接班人員驗收,簽字后方能離開。
23:《制杯生產記錄》填寫時要求數量準確,內容詳實,若有數據不準月累積三次以上記申誡一次。
