三、主要機械配置
III.Main mechanical configuration
1、框架采用國標方管與國標優質結構鋼焊接組合而成。
1. The frame is welded with gb square pipe and GB high quality structural steel.
2、模具臺面采用優質球磨機QT450鑄鐵。高塑性和韌性,以及比碳鋼更高的強度,從而提高機械性能和使用壽命。
2. The mould table is made of high-quality ball mill QT450 cast iron. High plasticity and toughness, as well as higher strength than carbon steel, thus improving mechanical properties and service life.
3、采用伺服電機驅動減速機驅動偏心連桿機構,形成沖切位置。成型工位上下模具平臺均采用西門子6.9kw伺服電機。沖孔工位采用上下6.9kw西門子伺服電機。沖剪工位采用上下6.9kw西門子伺服電機。堆疊系統采用3.9kw西門子伺服電機。
3. Servo motor drives reducer to drive eccentric connecting rod mechanism to form punching and cutting position. Siemens 6.9KW servo motor is used in the upper and lower mold platform of the forming station. The punching station adopts upper and lower 6.9 kW Siemens servo motors. The punching and shearing station adopts upper and lower 6.9 kW Siemens servo motors. The stack system USES a 3.9-kw Siemens servo motor.
4、上下電爐可縱向進退,可使加熱更加均勻。整體電爐可橫向拆卸。
